Job Title: Contact Center Representative

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join their team. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Recommend and sell banking products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Welcome customers to our bank's websites, products, and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales and service goals set by North Easton Savings Bank.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of previous banking experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including keyboarding, typing, data entry, and web navigation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
Working Conditions:

This is an office-based position with minimal physical demands. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time.
