Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Supervisor - Production Manager to join our team in Stuttgart, Arkansas. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for assigning and coordinating work to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and coordinate work to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
  • Have authority for personnel actions and oversee most day-to-day operations of the group.
  • Maintain a log of shift operations.
  • Prepare daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
  • Inspect product to verify production specifications are met.
  • Review production schedules, material, and manpower resources.
  • Assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality, and attain output requirements.
  • Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.
  • Maintain a variety of reports, records, and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance.
  • Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Good work record and experience.
  • Ability to lead in a production environment.
  • Requires tact and good judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
