**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and guiding a team to meet production targets, ensuring that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals, and instructing and training new team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and guide a team to meet production targets
• Ensure that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals
• Instruct and train new team members
• Monitor parts and materials within the department and expedite when needed to ensure necessary supply
• Provide leadership in applying lean manufacturing and safety best practices
• Apply IT solutions as needed for tracking, monitoring, and documenting

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years related experience
• Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes
• Able to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly
• Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics
• Basic ability to effectively coach and influence others while socializing/reinforcing the appropriate functional/operational direction
• Effective verbal communication
• Displays sound judgment and leadership
• Working knowledge of IT solutions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
