Job Summary

Lennox International Inc is seeking a skilled Fabrication (Group Lead I) 3rd Shift professional to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring and guiding team members to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals.
  • Instruct and train new team members.
  • Monitor parts and materials within the department and expedite when needed.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and safety best practices.
  • Utilize IT solutions for tracking, monitoring, and documenting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Able to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly.
  • Effective verbal communication and leadership skills.
