Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Quality Managers and Environmental Field Service Specialists to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Drive performance, accountability, cost control, and vendor relations in your market.
  • Collaborate with Operations staff to ensure accurate and timely submission of entries, Work Quality Statements, vehicle and equipment inspections, payroll, PO submittal, and cost controls.
  • Manage all costs, including labor, overtime, equipment, tools, fuel, vehicles, and inventory.
  • Supervise crew-level preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and usage.
  • Ensure team members are wearing proper work clothing and PPE at all times.
  • Maintain facilities and equipment/material storage yard to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Hold regular meetings with the team to discuss expectations, safety, processes, and procedures.
  • Audit crews to ensure efficient and standard installation/repair of Best Management Practices.
  • Hire, develop, and dismiss team members to ensure a high-performing and high-integrity team.
Requirements:
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in field leadership.
  • Good command of English and Spanish language (written and spoken).
Work Environment:

This position requires frequent travel to multiple job sites and client meetings. Proper construction field attire is required, including high-top and hard-toe work boots, hard hats, safety vests, and safety glasses.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is up to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
