About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic clinical services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic evaluations and overseeing treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly diagnostic evaluations for children referred due to autism concerns through clinical interviewing, observations, and standardized measures.
  • Provide direct services with individual, family, group services, and psychological evaluations.
  • Monitor evidence-based clinical care models, standards, guidelines, and exceed expectations.
  • Engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements.
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree and licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist.
  • Proficiency with screenings/diagnostic assessments including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS.
  • Expertise in case conceptualization and report writing.
  • Compassion, self-sufficient, problem solver, effective communicator, and detail-oriented.
