Construction Project Administrator

Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our OSP construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that outside plant construction work is performed to industry standards and meets requirements for cost and engineering expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and audit OSP construction work to ensure compliance with NESC and Ziply standards.
- Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Train contract personnel on accepted aerial plant inspection and correction methods.
- Resolve issues and disputes with vendors and municipalities.
- Process invoices and work within project workflow databases to review and process vendor invoicing.
- Act as a liaison with municipalities regarding permitting and other concerns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in OSP construction and/or OSP engineering.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
