Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and providing financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Present financial products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions
  • Work with customers to identify and address financial challenges, providing guidance and support
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
