About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Associate to join our team at Schweid & Sons. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media management, performance marketing, product information, and company merchandise management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and implementing social media campaigns, including content creation, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Lead digital asset management for Sales teams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content in product management platforms.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate company merchandise for Sales teams, including ordering, inventory management, budget management, and shipping.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the planning of email content and messaging strategy.
  • Assist with design projects as needed.
  • Analyze data and provide insights and highlights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, including internships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe Suite proficiency a plus.
  • Organizational capability and project management.
  • Familiarity with Syndigo or similar Product Information Management (PIM) systems a plus.
  • Experience with content creation a plus.
  • SEO experience a plus.
