Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, with EPA Universal and/or TDLR certification.
  • Proven track record in service management, demonstrating leadership and team motivation capabilities.
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair expertise with high technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and team members.
  • Proficient in pricing, negotiation, and payment collection processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant software for scheduling and customer relationship management.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development in the HVAC industry.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
