Onebridge is a leading consulting firm with a strong presence in North America and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive - Data & Analytics to join our innovative and dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving growth and revenue.
- Lead client meetings to create customized solutions aligned with their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, showcasing the value of our services to potential clients.
- Track and report sales metrics, monitoring performance and providing regular updates to management.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience selling large multi-year professional services contracts, with a focus on deals exceeding $10M.
- Expertise in Digital Product Engineering (DPE) or Data & Analytics, with a proven track record in driving sales within these domains.
- Specialization in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Telecom/Media/Technology (TMT) industries, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and client success.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Engineering Leads, to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in selling and managing diversified delivery models, including onshore, offshore, nearshore, and blended approaches, to meet client needs and optimize delivery efficiency.
