**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to convert leads into new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving growth and revenue.
  • Lead client meetings to create customized solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, showcasing the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Track and report sales metrics, monitoring performance and providing regular updates to management.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience selling large multi-year professional services contracts, with a focus on deals exceeding $10M.
  • Expertise in Digital Product Engineering (DPE) or Data & Analytics, with a proven track record in driving sales within these domains.
  • Specialization in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Telecom/Media/Technology (TMT) industries, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and client success.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Engineering Leads, to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in selling and managing diversified delivery models, including onshore, offshore, nearshore, and blended approaches, to meet client needs and optimize delivery efficiency.
