  • Represent the organization at national and international levels, promoting its interests and values.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues, applying this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership experience in association management, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including members, sponsors, and partners.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, data science, and/or informatics, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential or willingness to pursue it.
  • Working knowledge of health IT, healthcare, and the domain of informatics.
