We are seeking a Safety and Health Expert to join our team in Charlotte or Atlanta, reporting to the SH&E Manager.

The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership, technical guidance, and capability building across all parts of the assigned geography to enable associates to realize their SH&E goals and create pride in their achievements.

The Safety and Health Expert will uphold organizational safety & health initiatives through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification of safety & health improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include leading New Hire training and ongoing SHE competency training for ReadyRefresh Field Operations associates, coaching and guiding training mentors, and aligning stakeholders to a compelling vision for SH&E.

The Safety and Health Expert will also provide SHE technical support on identifying, assessing & managing workplace SHE risks relative to OSHA, DOT, EPA, fire safety, similar State regulations, and ReadyRefresh requirements.

Qualifications include a college degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field, 5 years of business, operations, training, or SHE experience, and SHE professional certifications (CSP, ARM, CHMM, etc.).
