Cloud Integration Specialist

At Pantheon Data, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for examining legacy applications to understand their architecture, dependencies, and integration points, and developing integration strategies that optimize their performance within AWS cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine existing legacy applications to understand their architecture, dependencies, and integration points.
- Identify potential challenges and compatibility issues related to Application Integrations.
- Develop comprehensive integration strategies and plans for each application.
- Modify applications as needed to align with AWS infrastructure and best practices.
- Optimize code for performance and scalability within the cloud environment.
- Support the integration of software components on the Salesforce Platform.
- Integrate applications with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
- Leverage AWS tools and SDKs to effectively manage and deploy applications.
- Develop cloud-native features and functionalities as needed.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure integrated applications function as intended within the AWS Cloud.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with application integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate) are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a government environment.
- Experience with API & Integration Technologies (Mulesoft, AWS API Gateway).
- Experience with automation and baselining of artifacts using a DevOps pipeline.
- Experience with IBM Web Application Server.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
