The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concessions Cook to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
  • Set up and operation of kitchen equipment
  • Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures
  • Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
Requirements
  • Ability to follow recipes and food abbreviations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Basic math skills
  • No experience or diploma required
Physical Demands
  • Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Exposed to variable temperatures, depending on the season; may work frequently in a hot, damp, or very cold environment
Work Schedule

Event-based schedule, including weekends, weekdays, holidays, and evening shifts.
