We are looking for a skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Center for WellnessMD. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving growth through our concierge model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Experience:
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Efficiently manage patient flow, minimizing wait times and optimizing appointment scheduling.
    • Build strong relationships with patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Educate patients about procedures, services, and membership programs.
    • Collect feedback from satisfied patients to continually improve our services.
  • Lead Management and Conversion:
    • Respond promptly to patient inquiries, either in person or via phone and digital channels.
    • Pre-qualify leads, assessing patient needs and suitability for our concierge model.
    • Schedule consultations and manage appointment reminders.
    • Effectively communicate the value of our concierge model, guiding patients through the enrollment process.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage patient records, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Process invoices and manage patient accounts efficiently.
    • Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media updates and promotional campaigns.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and a proven ability to drive results. Estimated salary is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
