Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A minimum of two years of HR general experience is required, with HR operations experience being preferred. Knowledge of HRIS and other HR systems is also necessary. Familiarity with payroll processes and systems related to retirement plan contributions is highly desirable.

A SHRM-CP certification is an advantage, but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness are also essential for this role. The ability to prioritize tasks, act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality is critical. A proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is also required.
