Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Marriott Charleston Town Center. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase regional sales volume. Your major end result will be to achieve successful sales results through effective sales training, incentive programs, and sales plans. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales goals are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive regional sales growth
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales excellence
  • Create and manage sales incentive programs to boost sales performance
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure all sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Marriott systems
  • Hospitality experience
