Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our customer engagement and satisfaction. This role involves addressing client inquiries and providing effective solutions to boost our business growth. Our focus is on the automotive sector, and we seek candidates with a solid sales background or experience in mechanical and automotive fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Facilitate product delivery and invoicing for our current clientele.
  • Acquire knowledge about our equipment and provide continuous support to clients.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings to keep clients informed about new developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in an automotive-related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems specific to the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Hands-on automotive experience (mechanical or otherwise).
  • Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
