Position Summary:
We are in search of a qualified and results-oriented Account Development Manager (ADM) to identify potential clients who can benefit from our offerings and assist in broadening our customer reach. As the initial point of contact with prospects, the ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of the sales process, excelling in lead research, relationship initiation, and facilitating our sales team's success. This role requires a quick learner with excellent communication abilities and will be pivotal in generating a robust sales pipeline. The ADM will report directly to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various multi-channel outreach methods.
  • Engage with leads generated by the Marketing Department.
  • Establish long-term, trustworthy relationships with prospects to qualify them as viable sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.
  • Maintain organized records in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Provide consistent feedback to the team daily to enhance overall success.
  • Achieve weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in teaching or education.
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone and email.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • A self-motivated individual who combines creativity with a relentless drive to achieve results.
  • Genuine interest in technology, sales, and empowering others to excel.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
