Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with tours and membership sign-ups.
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily tasks and assisting with special cleaning projects.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
