Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Hain Celestial Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing predictive and preventative maintenance on our packaging, milling, and blending equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Installation and Upgrade: Assist in the installation and upgrade of new equipment, including electrical, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with our high safety, quality, and GMP standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily reports, inventory, and safety sheets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a mechanical repair capacity or related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a packaging manufacturing environment, or similar education and/or experience with PLC.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
