Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Medical Group at Glenbrook Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
* Take initial data and vital signs with special attention to neonatal and pediatric patients
* Triage patient phone calls and follow up with patients, pharmacies, and medically urgent patients
* Obtain completed diagnostic data for physicians and follow up with patients as directed
* Document in the medical record per office protocol

**Requirements:**

* Current LPN licensure in the State of Illinois
* Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
* BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
* Previous experience in a physician practice setting or hospital setting preferred
