Job Title: Circuit Design Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Circuit Design Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. As a Circuit Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing circuit boards and electronic systems that meet their high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and simulate analog and digital circuits for electronic products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PCB layout designers, mechanical engineers, and firmware developers to integrate circuit designs into final products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate design concepts and propose solutions to technical challenges.
  • Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and functionality.
  • Generate detailed design documentation, including schematic diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and design verification plans.
  • Support prototype builds and participate in design reviews to ensure designs meet performance and manufacturability requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in electronic design to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design, preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in circuit design tools such as SPICE simulation software, schematic capture tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence), and PCB layout tools.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, semiconductor devices, and their characteristics.
  • Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug circuit designs using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
