Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Long Term Care team at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center. As a CNA, you will provide clinical and clerical support to our patients and residents, promoting a resident-directed model of care in a home-like setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine nursing and household duties/tasks to support patient care
  • Assist with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • Coursework/Training - Must complete twelve (12) hours of in-service training annually to maintain certification
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
