Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Sound. As a clinician in this role, you will be responsible for providing intensive outpatient services to a small cohort group of older adolescents and adult mental health clients.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Services: Provide direct services and/or internal and external organization referrals for clients.
- Treatment Planning: Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate and timely clinical records according to organization policy.
- Outreach and Engagement: Perform outreaches/services to community locations to engage clients in care.
- Collaboration: Work with primary care physicians, DCFS, and other adult servicing agencies to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for clients with significant mental health problems in the community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a clinician or case manager and demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and treatment plans preferred.
