- Provide strategic leadership for resident care, promoting health and wellness through effective management and coordination of services.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as board of nursing requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical quality and process improvement initiatives to mitigate risk and enhance resident outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution and current state licensure as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of two years' RN experience, preferably in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
- At least one year of nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as demonstrated knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
