Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience, Stores Global Quality

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Stores Global Quality (SGQ) team. In this role, you will support key programs and influence cross-functional teams' roadmaps to drive customer experience improvements and defect elimination.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate on behalf of customers and identify customer experience improvement opportunities using defect information.
- Develop insights and present well-reasoned, data-driven proposals to cross-functional stakeholder teams on opportunities in concessions and defect elimination.
- Support development of strategies and programs, and influence prioritization of defect elimination projects within a matrix organization.
- Develop and drive periodic business and program progress reporting as it relates to concessions and defect elimination, and manage engagement with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
