Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team as a Preschool Site Director at Children's Choice Academy in Vista, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated educators to provide high-quality education and care to young learners.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum and programs that promote child development and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including CCR Title 22 and Title 5 Division 12 Chapter 1 Child Care Center General Licensing rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to create a safe and nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
  • Experience with DRDP assessments
  • Current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certificate
  • Current Mandated Reporter Certificate
  • Sexual Harassment Training Certificate
  • Clear DSS Background check
  • Proficient in MS Office suite applications and comfortable using technology
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
