Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that's tailored to the needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment where children can learn and grow
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by working collaboratively with staff and leadership
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
