We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and contributing to their growth and development.

About the Role

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students. You will implement our proprietary curriculum, which is designed to promote literacy and numeracy skills, while also encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and families, and contribute to the development of our school's culture and values.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging lesson plans
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Meet state-specific education requirements and maintain certification as an Early Childhood Education Teacher
