Pandora Jewelry Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pandora Jewelry Sales Ambassador to join our team at REEDS Jewelers.

About the Role

This is a developing role with the potential for additional responsibilities and professional growth. As a Pandora Ambassador, you will be responsible for building lifelong relationships with customers, providing personalized service, and guiding them through in-store and online purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Sell Pandora and other jewelry products, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Pandora products, designers, and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the business
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create an excellent customer experience
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities
• Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
• Comfortable utilizing technology such as iPads/tablets, Smartphones or computers
• Bilingual a plus
