Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Envoy to join our team at eRad. As a Technical Service Envoy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, utilizing your expertise to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries, educating them where necessary to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Perform software updates and maintenance as required, ensuring our systems remain up-to-date and secure.
  • Participate in paid on-call shifts to cover work outside of regular office hours, demonstrating your commitment to our customers' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new concepts and technologies, asking insightful questions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or support, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Significant experience in technical service or a technical degree, demonstrating your expertise in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Experience in a Command Line Interface environment or programming experience, with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to our customers' needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
