PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a talented Relationship Manager III to join our Commercial Banking organization in Charlotte, NC.

As a Relationship Manager III - C&IB, you will be based in Charlotte and work closely with clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and financial expertise.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Creats and drives strategy to acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • A minimum of 8 years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services.
