Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment on a daily basis, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical control systems, including PLCs, to ensure seamless operation.
  • Install new or rebuilt machine parts, and rebuild failed equipment components to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Assist with the installation of new systems and equipment, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installation and repair.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of parts, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience performing maintenance functions in a manufacturing facility, with a strong background in electrical systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and machine-control troubleshooting, including PLCs, controls, 3-phase motors, switches, and other related systems.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as the ability to work alternate shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Work Environment
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
  • Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $32 to $36 per hour, based on experience and skillset.
