Position Summary: As the Territory Sales Executive for Alternate Healthcare Sites, you will oversee and expand our business operations within the non-acute healthcare sector. This includes engaging with both existing and potential clients to introduce cutting-edge diagnostic solutions, particularly the GeneXpert Systems and a diverse range of diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various healthcare facilities, including clinics, laboratories, and urgent care centers, to identify opportunities for growth and enhance market presence.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative assays and instruments to meet and exceed sales targets, while optimizing profit margins on product sales.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams to promote Cepheid instruments and testing applications effectively.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring visibility and prioritization of sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-value products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the designated sales territory.

Preferred Experience:

  • Expertise in generating demand for innovative technologies.
  • Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders within alternate-site markets.
