Key Duties:
  • Engage in prospecting and lead generation to cultivate new business
  • Provide weekly updates to clients regarding their property listings to enhance engagement and service ratings
  • Deliver comprehensive listing presentations to sellers, highlighting key selling points and recommended asking prices
  • Organize open houses and manage all property inspections and showings
  • Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to ensure outstanding customer service
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform in-depth market research with a solid understanding of the real estate sector
  • Complete tasks promptly and efficiently
  • Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales
  • Capability to utilize or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
