Job Overview

CertaPro Painters of West Hartford, CT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Associate to provide support to various functions, including Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send sales packages, estimates, and follow-up letters to customers.
  • Ensure all marketing tactics are executed according to the company's Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Maintain customer mailing lists and perform commercial telemarketing.
  • Manage inventory, update point of sale materials, and order supplies.
  • Enter financial data into QuickBooks and issue purchase orders.
  • Process bills, maintain files, and manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers and participate in training conferences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and QuickBooks.
  • 2 years of Office Assistant experience preferred.
