Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to the community. As a Clerical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with intake and court liaison duties, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided to customers.
  • Retrieve and update computer-generated data to answer customer questions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, mail processing, and filing.
  • Collaborate with case specialists and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Initiate follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive case information.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a similar role or office environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
