Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at SunRidge Management Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in effectively managing the assigned property, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in managing the property, including but not limited to, rent collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other relevant laws.
  • Process move-ins and move-outs, including updating resident records, issuing notices, and conducting inspections.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation, including but not limited to, rent collection, resident information, and property maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and other team members to achieve property objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in property management software.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Working Environment
