About the Role:

As a CBRE Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to tenants and vendors. This role is part of the Property Management function, where you will operate buildings on behalf of clients or groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, filing, and copying.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, including insurance certificates and leases.
  • Collaborate with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
  • Prepare internal lease administration documents, such as lease abstracts, as directed.
  • Participate in lease administration activities, including lease setup, lease changes, reporting, and rent collection communications.
  • Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system and forwarding original invoices to accounting for payment.
  • Engage in phone contact with tenants for rent collection and other communications, as permitted.
  • Utilize established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Deliver high-quality output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
