Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

Life Line Screening is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our preventive health screenings and providing exceptional customer service to our participants.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing registration and greeting customers with a friendly and sales-minded attitude
  • Promoting the value of preventive screenings and educating participants on appropriate healthcare services
  • Increasing retention by providing outstanding customer service and achieving landmark sales goals
  • Collecting payments and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Commute with a team in a company vehicle to locations throughout the area
  • Work as a team to load/unload equipment and set-up/break down mobile screening events
  • Manage registration and provide exceptional customer service to participants
  • Promote the value of preventive screenings and educate participants on appropriate healthcare services
  • Collect payments and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with participants and co-workers
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
