As a Financial Project Management Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving Exact Sciences' financial success by providing expert guidance on project controls best practices, financial reporting, and capital planning. With an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $140,000, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus eligibility, company stock options, paid time off, retirement savings plan, wellness support, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective project controls processes and procedures
  2. Provide expert guidance on financial reporting and capital planning
  3. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  4. Mentor and guide the team to develop skills in resolving financial variances and discrepancies
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, project management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting, financial, project controls, project management, or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
