The Client Relationship Financial Consultant will play a pivotal role in the ongoing execution of clients' retirement strategies while nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and possesses experience in guiding families through the intricacies of retirement planning. This position offers a unique environment focused on high-quality client communication without the pressure of prospecting or extensive paperwork.

In collaboration with the Lead Advisor, the Consultant will assist in the client onboarding process and facilitate post-meeting communications, including updating client management systems and submitting necessary requests to the client service team. After the initial onboarding phase, the Consultant will take on the primary advisory role, maintaining client relationships through regular meetings, phone interactions, and client events. Coordination with specialists in areas such as estate planning, insurance, and tax will also be part of the role. By delivering exceptional service, the Consultant will be expected to gather new assets from existing clients during significant life events, as well as through referrals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferred college degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services
  • Required certifications: Series 65 and Life & Health licenses
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with financial planning software is essential
  • Familiarity with client relationship management systems is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create tailored financial plans for clients

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to client retention, asset management, and referrals
  • Total compensation potential between $80,000 and $250,000
