Job Title: Escrow Officer

At Anywhere Real Estate, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify all documentation related to the transaction, including contracts, title reports, and loan documents.
  • Communicate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage and coordinate the closing process, including scheduling and conducting closings.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in escrow or a related field.
  • Notary public and escrow officer licenses required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
