Key Responsibilities
  • Research and collaborate with content providers to develop high-quality communications that disseminate information and promote engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing and communications team to produce internal and external content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
  • Develop written content for various channels, including social media, website, company intranet, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Communicate initiatives with Human Resources and other internal teams.
  • Design content campaigns for social media and digital spaces.
  • Ensure messaging and materials meet brand requirements and are accurate, informative, and engaging.
  • Select the most suitable channel and manner of distribution for each communication.
  • Write and edit impactful and engaging content.
  • Translate business strategies into key messages that resonate with our audience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2-plus years of relevant communications or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and editing content.
  • Demonstrated experience with social and digital content.

  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communication skills, including superior writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven, and collaborative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment.
  • Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across broader marketing, human resources, and other teams.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical and/or Travel Demands
  • This position is primarily performed in an office setting, which includes regular sitting, computer keyboard and monitor use, and telephone. Occasional bending, kneeling, and visual acuity are required.
Benefits and Compensation
  • The salary range for this position has been established at $56,800.00 to $80,230.00 per year, based on internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
