Role Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate and maintain significant relationships with clients, leveraging your financial expertise to propose tailored solutions that address their needs.

Your contributions to the branch's success will include:

  • Establishing enduring relationships with clients, identifying their financial requirements, and customizing product and service recommendations.
  • Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect clients with specialists for their unique needs.
  • Managing a teller drawer and serving clients in both lobby and drive-up settings.
  • Opening accounts, conducting account maintenance, and assisting clients with digital banking products.
  • Identifying potential fraud and other risks.
  • Depending on your shift, you may also be responsible for the opening and closing of the bank.
  • Supporting community and bank events.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.
