**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Computer Point. As a key member of our IT support staff, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless operation of their computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure prompt resolution of complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Location:** Jacksonville, FL
