  • Stay current with changes in patent laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
  • Assist in IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
  • Registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a strong understanding of patent laws, regulations, and procedures.
