Job Title: Patent Agent/Patent Attorney - Biotechnology

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, a leading international intellectual property law firm, seeks a qualified Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to apply scientific principles and specialized knowledge to assist in the technical study, research, and analysis of technologies involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a closely related field.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a patent attorney or patent agent.
  • Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent.
